The following are Frequently Asked Questions about the
Beads of the Month Clubs
What do
I get
in my monthly shipment?
Each month,
you'll get a brand new selection of beads for the Club or Clubs that
you have joined. In your first shipment, you'll also get a FREE plastic
storage box, to start your bead organization system. Every time you
fill up the box,
we'll send you another FREE storage box to keep you organized. Plus, we
often send you information on the latest releases from the Miyuki
factory. These new beads are usually offered at a one-time special
discount to club members only.
How many
shipments do I have to buy?
Not even one!
You can cancel your membership at any time. If for any reason you do
not wish to keep a shipment, even the first one, simply return the
entire shipment for full credit of the Club price(if you received a
FREE plastic box with the order, the box must also be returned for full
credit).
Please be sure
to include a copy of the invoice so that we may properly credit your
account.
How do I
pay for my shipments?
Our automated
shipment software requires payment by credit card(we accept Mastercard
, Visa and Discover). By joining a club, you are authorizing us to
charge each
shipment, plus shipping and handling, to your credit card each month,
just
before your Club shipment goes out.
Can I
really get FREE Swarovski crystals?
Yes, but you
have to earn them. You'll get 25 FREE Swarovski crystals EACH TIME you
do any one of the following:
1) Get a
friend to sign up for Beads of the Month™ (make sure they tell us that
you referred them to us!)
2) Add another
Club to your own shipments
3) Upgrade
your Club from a regular shipment to our 'Double' package.
What are
the shipping charges?
We ship actual
rates for USPS Priority Mail plus a $1handling fee. That means you'll
usually pay $4.85 shipping for one or two Clubs shipped to the same
address, as they will normally weigh less than one pound. Three or four
Clubs in one
shipment usually weigh less than 2 pounds and shipping will vary
depending
on the zone. Your charges will range from $5.05 to $7.05 for three to
four
Clubs. We will add $.50 for Delivery confirmation to any order $50 or
more.
We will also add insurance for any order $100 or more. These rates are
for
US domestic shipments.
What
about International shipping?
Due to recent rate increases for Global Priority Mail
we no longer ship outside the United States.
When can
I expect to receive my shipments?
In most cases,
we ship your first shipment Priority Mail within 2-3 business days
after you place your order. Priority mail packages usually arrive
within 3-5 business days after shipping. For subsequent shipments, we
begin sending out Club packages around the 10th of each month. It
usually takes several days for all the Clubs to go out. In general, you
can expect the charge to appear on your credit card between the 10th
and 15th of each month, and you can expect
to receive your package by the 20th. If you have not received your
shipment
by the end of the month, please call our toll free number
1-866-286-2686 and we will be happy to research the problem.
What if
I decide
to cancel, upgrade, change or downgrade my membership?
Contact us
by the first of the month via phone, fax, email or snail mail and we'll
be sure to catch your next shipment before it goes out the door. If we
don’t, and you receive a shipment after cancellation, DO NOT OPEN THE
PACKAGE! Simply write 'REFUSED' across the front and pop it back into
your mailbox. We'll credit your account as soon as the package is
returned.
I can't
wait to get my first shipment of beads! How do I sign up?
Simply click
on either the Miyuki Club title or Swarovski Club title at the top of
the page. You'll be taken to a page that describes all the Clubs for
those
types of beads. You can then sign up for the Club/s of your choice by
calling
our toll free number, send a fax with complete shipping and credit card
information or mail your request. ( a printer
friendly form for faxing or mailing can be found here.) If you like
you can email us with all the information except for your credit card.
Provide us with your phone number and a convienet time to call (provide
your time zone) and we will
call you for that information.
