Shipping/Handling Policy:

Beads of the Month ships via United States Postal Service. We will ship your order via the lowest possible cost unless you specify Priority Mail or faster service (Club shipments are ALWAYS shipped Priority Mail. International shipments are sent Global Priority Mail.). Beads of the Month shipping charges are based on your actual shipping charges plus $1.00 handling fee. Delivery confirmation will be automatically added to orders over $50 at $0.45-$.55 per shipping address. Insurance will be automatically added to orders over $100. (These fees do not apply to International shipments unless requested where available.)  Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday or Saturday will be shipped the following Monday, orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday..

          Return Policy:

Return Club shipments with a copy of the invoice for a full refund of the Club price. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Books and patterns are not returnable
